What this scheme funds
This scheme gives small businesses in the Ferrara and Ravenna provinces a cash grant to help them access credit. If a company gets a loan guaranteed by an approved Confidi (collective credit guarantee body), it can receive a non-repayable contribution of 5% of the loan amount (up to €4,000), or 6% (up to €4,500) if a formal pre-assessment certificate is provided. The goal is to support liquidity, capital strengthening and investment for local SMEs.
