What this scheme funds
This grant gives small and medium businesses in the Ferrara-Ravenna area a one-off cash contribution when they hire young people under 35, whether through apprenticeships, permanent contracts, or converting temporary contracts into permanent ones. It pays up to €1,500 for each apprenticeship activated and up to €2,000 for each permanent hire or contract conversion. The goal is to support youth employment and help local businesses keep and grow their workforce.
