What this scheme funds
This is a Sicilian regional grant that reimburses private-sector employers for 10% of labour costs when they create new permanent jobs (or convert temporary contracts into permanent ones) in Sicily from January 9, 2026. The support is paid as a non-repayable grant over the first 36 months of employment, up to eligible costs of 3 million euros, and is capped under EU de minimis aid rules.
