This scheme funds mobile operators and infrastructure providers to build or upgrade 4G and 5G coverage in parts of North Wales that currently have poor or no mobile signal. It targets areas where normal commercial investment would not happen on its own. The goal is better mobile coverage and capacity for underserved communities.
