What this scheme funds
This regional Italian scheme helps people who struggle to find jobs—young people, women, unemployed, and precarious workers—start their own microenterprise. It provides a mix of non-repayable grant and a zero-interest repayable loan to cover investment costs, plus extra grant money for early operating expenses. Investments between €10,000 and €150,000 are supported, and companies run mainly by young or female founders that repay responsibly can have part of their loan forgiven.
