What this scheme funds
This scheme gives small and medium businesses in Modena a cash grant for hiring young people under 35. Companies get 1,500 euros per apprenticeship contract or 2,000 euros per permanent hire or conversion to permanent status, up to two young workers, plus a bonus of 250 euros for companies with a legality rating. Applications are ranked using questionnaires on energy transition, technological innovation and internationalisation.
