What this scheme funds
This scheme gives direct cash grants to small businesses in Parma, Piacenza and Reggio Emilia that have taken out a bank loan guaranteed by an approved Confidi guarantee body. The grant covers 5% of the guaranteed loan amount, up to a maximum of 4,000 euros, to help lower the cost of accessing credit. It is a subsidy support scheme, not innovation funding, aimed at easing financing for local micro, small and medium enterprises.
