What this scheme funds
This regional grant supports non-profit organisations in Puglia running initiatives that protect the rights of people subject to restrictive personal liberty measures (e.g. prisoners, detainees). It offers small grants up to €5,000 covering up to 75% of project costs, awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until funds (€80,000 total) run out. Projects scoring below a minimum quality threshold receive no funding.
