What this scheme funds
This fund helps small and medium businesses in the Brescia area cover the cost of hiring and integrating vulnerable or disadvantaged workers, such as immigrants or people facing social exclusion. It reimburses 50% of eligible costs for personalized job placement, mentoring, training and internships carried out during 2026. The total pot is modest (50,000 euros) and grants are capped per company.
