    What this scheme funds

This scheme pays private employers in Emilia-Romagna a subsidy toward the salary cost of hiring people with disabilities on fixed-term contracts. It covers 40-60% of gross salary cost depending on whether the employer is already obligated to hire disabled workers, for up to 12 months, with a boost to 100% if the contract is later converted to permanent. Total budget is 2.7 million euros, available until funds run out or by end of 2026.
