What this scheme funds
This grant provides non-repayable contributions covering up to 50% of eligible costs to redevelop and convert degraded industrial buildings and sites for productive reuse. Eligible works include demolition, demolition with reconstruction, extraordinary maintenance, refurbishment, and connecting buildings to infrastructure networks. The overall budget available is about 5.285 million euros for the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
