What this scheme funds
This is a regional grant for employers in Trentino who use solidarity contracts or other collective agreements to reduce working hours instead of laying off staff during a company crisis. It pays up to €2,000 per year per job saved (pro-rated for part-time), for up to two years, to help keep people employed. The total fund pool is €300,000.
