What this scheme funds
This regional Italian grant covers part of the guarantee commission costs that agricultural businesses pay to Confidi or ISMEA when they take out financing for growth, investment or liquidity. It is a de minimis aid scheme aimed at reducing the financial cost of accessing guaranteed loans. The support goes toward the fees tied to the guarantee itself, not the loan capital.
